- This usb c docking station supports all USB C devices
- But please notes that the USB C port on your host is required to support data transfer, charging and video output (DP1.4 version Preferred)
2. About 4K@60Hz HDMI
- This docking station hdmi supports up to 4K@60Hz; Backwards compatible with 4K@30Hz, 2K@60Hz, 1080p@60Hz, 720p@60Hz, etc.
- 4K@60Hz is only available on devices with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K. If your device supports DisplayPort 1.2 then it can only reach 4K@30Hz
3. About using all ports at the same time
- All ports on this docking station can be used simultaneously without interference with each other
- However, due to the performance limitations of some laptops, it's recommended to avoid connecting peripherals that requires more than 900mA start-up current. Please only connect one hard drive / SSD at a time.
4. About being hot and interference with WiFi signal
- When the hub is fully loaded, its surface may reach 102°F, which is normal for docking station to dissipate heat and keep running properly
- According to Microsoft, USB 3.0 may be affected by 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It is suggested that you set your Wi-Fi frequency to 5GHz to avoid this problem
