The 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K enabled. 60Hz supports for the 8 devices ( we have tested so far ) : Macbook Air 13’’ (Intel) 2020, Macbook Pro 15" 2019/2018, Macbook Pro 16" 2019, iPad Pro 12.9" 2020/2018, iPad Pro 11" 2020/2018
Q2: Is the USB c multiport compatible with all laptops with type C connectors?
Yes, it can. Please note, if you need a video output function, please make sure that the USB C port of your laptop supports the output of video signals. In general, USB 3.0 Type C and USB 3.1 Type C Gen1 do not support the output of video signals. USB 3.1 Gen2 and USB 3.2 Type C support signal output
Q3: Does the USB-C hub affect the WiFi?
According to Microsoft, USB 3.0 will affect the 2.4GHz WLAN. It is suggested that you set your WiFi frequency to 5GHz to avoid this problem. But we have updated the hub, built in: six-layer printed circuit board + metal shielding, effective reduction of interference from radio networks, and built-in protections protect your devices from high current, overheating and overcharging
Q4: Will it also work with an iPad Pro/Air?
Yes, if you want the hub to work with the iPad Pro/Air you need to update to the latest version of the iPad operating system, but it doesn't support Nintendo Switch and Samsung Dex
